Karina is an enterprise change expert with 11 years’ experience, who is passionate about driving the adoption of change required to meet strategic and transformational objectives. 

She has successfully embedded change across all areas of operating models including technology, process, governance and decision making, organisational design and capabilities and ways of working, She specialises in implementing change across the end to end of the project lifecycle, from strategy and set up through to design and build, and into go-live and embedding the change.

She is PROSCI-certified and experienced in delivering tailored change management frameworks and methodologies, as well as facilitating workshops.
