The Transformation Specialist Course was better than I anticipated. It sets itself apart from other change management courses by encouraging mature discussion with participants, fantastic real-life learning examples from the facilitator and it looks at how important change specialist roles are to any organisation.
Tracey was a vibrant facilitator with vast change knowledge, she adapted the 3 days for all participants and checked back in to ensure what we each wanted out of the course was all covered.
