Allegra was engaged to design and deliver a Change Capability Uplift Plan to support a multi-year, whole-of-organisation transformation.
The program was designed around the specific needs of various employee segments, and particular emphasis has been rolling out across Frontline Leaders as a key segment for the transformation. The program was delivered virtually and incorporated self-directed activities and assignments to embed the learning.
Deliverables
- Developed content across four areas of Leading Change, Delivering Change, Enabling Change and Change for Frontline Leaders targeting different employee segments.
- Developed a modularised program to suit face-to-face or virtual delivery.
- Developed supporting Train-the-Trainer materials and approach for Leading, Delivering and Enabling Change
- Worked with other content providers to integrate concepts from other components to create a seamless employee experience.
