Allegra and its sister company, Gordian Global Solutions, partnered with a government agency to support the initial set-up of an innovative service delivery approach to reduce red tape and make it easier to do business with the government, designing and implementing their accelerated distribution strategy (multi-year transformation program) and ongoing change programs.

Deliverables

  • Transformation Change and Delivery - Operating Model design and development, Program Management, Governance, and set-up for the initial Proof of Concept delivery (18 Service Centres, two Contact Centres and a Digital Channel).
  • Designed and implemented an Organisational Change Framework to support the organisation and its ongoing change management requirements.
  • Contact Centre Consolidation Program – led several agency consolidation activities within the contact centre.
  • Leadership Development Program – designed and deployed this program of work, including the soft skills and Train the Trainer programs to support the continuity of all services.
  • Performance Management Framework – the establishment of this framework included Scorecards and supporting training.
  • Setup and management of the Program Office – supported management of its increasing portfolio of programs.
