Overview
Allegra was engaged in designing and delivering a change capability uplift program to a leading energy company in support of its multi-year, whole-of-organisation transformation. The plan was to ensure the design touched every employee and aligned with their established leadership framework.
The purpose was to educate leaders and employees by providing them with the required skills to lead and manage change as the organisation moved through their transformation program. The program was viewed as a critical component in the transformative process, commencing with a pilot to Senior Leaders and then rolling out to frontline leaders and all employees in the organisation.
From the outset Allegra's approach was authentic, honest and straight to the point. Allegra has a genuine understanding of the industry and what happens in the change management arena.

- A high-level initial diagnostic to assess the current state and understand the requirements for the Change Capability Uplift Plan.
- Designed and developed the program based on Allegra’s ChangeFit® Framework, focusing on Leading Change, Delivering Change, Enabling Change and Change for Frontline Leaders
- A program targeted to all employee segments, from Executives and Senior Leaders through to Line Leaders and Employees.
- Content provided in Modules designed to be delivered virtually or face-to-face.
- Change templates and supporting resources were redesigned and updated to align with the Program.
- Provided Access to The Change Space, which is Allegra’s digital learning tool that supports change capability uplift. This is a 24/7 digital support tool that is available anywhere, anytime.
Transformation office setup and enablement
We work with project teams to establish a Transformation Office, including developing robust processes and capability in place so teams can maximise delivery and execution.
