Challenge
Allegra was engaged by the Australian division of a multinational automotive group undergoing a significant business transformation in response to evolving market conditions in Australia and New Zealand. Recognising the need to operate differently and develop change capability in the face of constant disruption and market uncertainty, the business sought a strategic partner in Allegra.
Deliverables
- Conducted an initial high-level diagnostic to assess program strategy and business alignment, leading to the development of a structured approach. This included crafting a concise business strategy to articulate the necessary cultural settings and new working methods for the envisioned transformation.
- Implemented a ChangeFit® Program to enhance leadership capability and team orientation. This encompassed leadership training, team-building activities, communication styles refinement, facilitation of business-wide team days, and one-on-one executive coaching.
- Provided technical skills training to support program delivery, covering essential areas such as project management, process mapping, customer journey mapping, and lean business simulation.
