Allegra was initially engaged to provide change capability for a new government agency. During the engagement we recognised that key success factors, including scope, governance, and change maturity, were insufficient to deliver the anticipated benefits.
Utilising our ChangeFit® Business framework, we conducted a comprehensive assessment of the program's current state, evaluating elements such as Vision/Future State, Governance, Capability, Readiness, Program Structure & Approach, and Leadership & Culture.

- Conducted an initial high-level diagnostic to understand the current state and change effectiveness, focusing on key business elements.
- Refined the program's scope and established a clear 'Northern Star' as the future state, collaborating closely with the program team, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
- Established a Transformation Delivery Office to provide governance and oversight, ensuring alignment with customer, sponsor, and stakeholder expectations.
- Accelerated the development of a ChangeFit® culture by enhancing confidence and change capability in leaders through leadership and cultural workshops with key executives.
- Supported the change effort with the development of a Change Management Playbook and Toolkit, ensuring a structured approach for effective implementation.
