Helen Haley

Helen is an accomplished senior change management and communications professional with a track record of delivering business outcomes and organisational change in challenging and complex environments.

As a passionate leader and self-starter, Helen’s ability to influence and drive project outcomes is a key strength as is her ability to build and mobilise successful high-performing teams. Helen has significant experience and passion for successfully delivering business outcomes across a broad range of industries including banking and finance, utilities, education, UK Third Sector, and engineering.

Helen holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). Helen has also added the role of Non-Executive Director to her achievements.

Helen has worked across several industries in both Australia and the UK. A natural leader and skilled communicator, Helen is also a published author on the topic of change management and a qualified experienced coach.
