As part of the Change function in this international financial services organisation you will be working across multiple Change initiatives

A challenging and complex environment this organisation is going through substantial transformation from systems, technology, and behavioural perspectives.  Working with a diverse group of stakeholders and user base you will plot the change strategies coordinating and directing Change Analysts, Communications specialists, Instructional Designers, and Technical Writers. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Change strategy including change approach, communications, readiness, and transition strategies
  • Assessment and definition of Change impacts across affected parts of the business and client base
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, business partners, and user base
  • Development and continual review of Change plans
  • Coordinate the Communications strategy, refining regularly through regular feedback
  • Develop capability assessments and strategy for training
  • Assist Project Manager identify, analyse, and develop appropriate responses to issues and risks.

Experience and Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience with change and transition models - Prosci, Kotter, Senge etc.
  • Strong analysis and problem solving capability
  • Experience in business readiness assessments, solutions development to ensure readiness for change
  • Change strategy development across overall change, training, communications, and engagement
  • Delivering Change in medium to large enterprises
  • Plan and deliver effective hypercare to ensure adoption of change.
