Challenge
The Australian arm of the organisation was completing a major business transformation to adjust to changing business conditions in the Australian and New Zealand markets. There was a recognition that the business needed to work differently and build change capability to cope with constant disruption and uncertainty. Allegra was asked to support the capability uplift required to meet these challenges.
Deliverables
Allegra supported the development of a business strategy on a page to outline the articulation of the required culture settings and new ways of working to support the new direction. We then provided a range of programs to develop leadership capabilities and team orientation based on our ChangeFit® framework.
Following this, Allegra facilitated business-wide team days to create alignment and provided specific skills and technical-based workshops to uplift capability.
Lesson
Change and change resilience don’t just ‘happen’. Support and capability needs should be identified and addressed to align with the culture and underlying business strategy.
