Allegra was engaged to provide change capability to support the establishment of a new agency within the government department.
Scope included supporting change associated with the restructuring and standing up of the agency and how to effectively manage the portfolio of work, including optimising governance and reporting.
To better understand the current issues, we used our ChangeFit® Business framework, a broad framework that determines the current state maturity of the program and shapes thinking about key opportunities.
Deliverables
- Assessment of the program's current state focusing on key business elements, including Vision/Future State, Governance, Capability, Readiness, Program Structure and approach, Leadership, and Culture.
- Refined the program's scope, clearly outlining the future/end state as a proxy for articulating the “Northern Star” that all program stakeholders can rally behind and uniformly understand.
- Created a Transformation Delivery Office for the program to provide governance and oversight and ensure its objectives and deliverables meet customer, sponsor and stakeholder expectations.
- Accelerated and developed a ChangeFit® culture through change leadership development workshops.
- Supported the change effort for the program, including a Change Management Playbook and Toolkit.
